Night View

1. Tripod + remote shutter
2. Low ISO -- prevent noise
3. Use large Aperture when composing -- better visibility in details when checking thought the view finder.
4. Change to small Aperture when shooting -- wide DOF + lights shining in star shape.
5. Long exposure -- 10s, 30s, few hours.
6. WB in tungsten. (of course subject to change depends on actual what you want.)
7. Use RAW -- easier WB adjustment during editing.
8. Avoid over expose -- Use manual / Bulb mode.

1. Matrix metering
2. >F9

Shooting The Moon

1. min 200mm zoom lens / use extension tube.
2. Use Manual mode (Ref. : f/8, 1/125, ISO 100).
3. Tripod + remote shutter.
4. Use low ISO + Low F (f/8 ~ f/16).
5. Spot metering
6. Increase contrast
7. Choose a location that can see the moon and dark enough.
8. WB -- try and error.
